Over the last year your Finance & Administration team has developed a simple Chapter Scorecard that in one Excel page gives the whole board (and anyone else who is interested) a snapshot of where we stand in our programming, sponsorships, membership, communications as well as finances. It has become a useful tool to get a quick read on our whole chapter and its activities and progress. We also have in place a very successful annual budgeting and reporting process that gets every board function involved in defining and tracking their goals. For this coming year, we will continue to refine these tools so as to continue to support every board function for its ultimate success.
