Energy Management is a new concept developed and utilized by Jackie Woodside in her business and life coaching practice. Energy Management debunks the myths of time and stress management, recognizing that there is no such thing as managing time or stress (you’ll see why in the course)! Once you fully embrace the new paradigm of energy management, and put the practices in place, your experience of life will transform. Energy Management recognizes that we are all energetic beings, moving about in an energetic maze called the universe. This course helps you align your passion, purpose, values and actions; creating a life of ease and grace. This is a practical, hands-on, interactive workshop that will have you engaged in an inquiry about how you are currently managing your life’s energy and where you want to make adjustments that empower you with a clearer sense of purpose.
Participants will have immediately applicable knowledge and tools such as:
- Understanding one’s current relationship with time and productivity and to what degree this is empowering or disempowering.
- Understanding how one’s level of energetic consciousness impacts every area of one’s life and success.
- Knowing the difference between being busy versus being productive.
- Having immediately applicable tools and structures to guarantee heightened productivity.
- Understand and immediately be able to create an empowering context for one’s life and business.
- Have specific tools that enable one to live in alignment with the empowering context that one designs for one’s life.
About the Presenter:
Originally trained as a psychotherapist, Jackie Woodside is a Certified Professional Coach and has been doing professional speaking, training, and coaching since 1995. Her extensive understanding of human potential makes her work unique, deep, and broad in its scope. She works with business owners, entrepreneurs, and inspired individuals from all over the country to help them transform their businesses and their lives into their own unique and exact vision.
Jackie was certified as a coach by the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. Jackie is also a member of the International Speaker Network and holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College.
From 2005-2011, Jackie served as President to the Board of Trustees at Unity on the River, a large , vibrant spiritual community in Amesbury, MA, where she teaches numerous classes and workshops and is a frequent guest lecturer.
