Sponsor Opportunities
The New England Chapter of ICF is one of the largest and most active chapters within the International Coach Federation with 350+ members. The Chapter meets monthly and is a chance for New England’s coaching community to gather and learn from one another. Historically between 70 and 150 people attend our monthly events. Each of our programs are designed to deliver insightful and worthwhile programs to contribute to our members’ professional development. The meetings often feature renowned experts, who take the time to impart their knowledge, experiences, and advice to our membership.
Besides offering excellent speakers and programs, we also offer an targeted opportunity for companies to show their support of the coaching community, ICF’s mission, and coaching values, while marketing to our audience of active and committed professional coaches, prospective coaches, coaching clients and related professional people. We do this through sponsorships. We have many sponsorship available for different types of events, goals, and budgets, so please take a moment to review the information below.

Sponsorship Opportunities offered include:
- Monthly Meeting Sponsorships
- Website Sponsorships
- Conference and Special Event Sponsorships and
- Custom Combinations.
The details of each sponsorship program are listed below.
1. Monthly Meeting Sponsorship — Premier Meeting Sponsor* Limit: 2/meeting Sponsorship: $400 (exclusivity when available is $500)
- Take center stage as a Premier sponsor and avail yourself of the many opportunities presented to promote your business.
- Sponsorship recognition in email notices sent to the membership (subject to commitment before final notice deadline).
- Sponsorship recognition including logo and website hot-link on the ICFNE Calendar of Events Page (from time of commitment until 30 days after the event, allowing one week for posting to website)
- One dedicated table in a prominent location in the meeting room or foyer to display products, services, and literature.
- Opportunity to bring one small banner of approximately 3′ x 5′ or two 18″ x 24″ signs to be displayed on easels at the dedicated table or a prominent location in meeting room.
- Table tents created for your business and placed on dinner tables.
- Listed on the ‘Welcome’ sign at the entrance to the meeting room.
- Recognition in meeting announcements by Chapter president.
- Three minutes at the meeting to address the attendees.
- Three tickets to attend the meeting.
2. Meeting Benefactor* Sponsorship: $200. Avail yourself of the opportunity to visibly promote your business.
- Sponsorship recognition in email notices sent to the membership, subject to commitment before final notice deadline.
- Opportunity to bring one small banner of approximately 3′ x 5′ or two 18″ x 24″ signs to be displayed on easels or attached to a dedicated table.
- Placement of hand-outs/literature on the meeting registration table and/or Members Resource Table.
- Listing on the ‘Welcome’ sign at the entrance to the meeting room.
- Recognition in meeting announcements by Chapter president.
- Two tickets to attend the meeting.
3. Banner Sign Sponsor* Sponsorship: $150. Display a single banner of approximately 3′ x 5′ or other small sign at one location in the meeting room or lobby.
- Banner sponsors may place a hand-out/literature on the meeting registration table.
- Recognition in meeting announcements by Chapter president.
- One ticket to the meeting.
- Placement of hand-outs/literature on the meeting registration table and/or Members Resource Table.
4. Website Sponsorships*
The newly-designed website of ICF New England is content-rich, filled with important and useful information about the Chapter and a significant resource for the coaching community and related professions. Users may visit the site to find out about and register for upcoming ICFNE events, to explore membership activities and the other offerings of the chapter, the profession, ICF National as well as access to other useful links. Traffic statistics show this to be a very active website and an ideal opportunity for you to gain exposure for your company. Sponsor information are displayed on EACH page for the time period chosen.

- 6 months $900
- 12 months $1600
5. Conference and Special Event Sponsorship
From time to time ICFNE hosts special events and conferences that have the advantage of reaching a larger audience. A variety of special sponsorship opportunities will be provided for these occasions. Please contact us for more details.
6. Custom Combination Sponsorships
We will work with you to develop a sponsorship plan that meets your goals. For example:
Monthly Meeting Custom Combination- choose one month of Premier Sponsorship and the rest of the season of monthly Banner Sponsorships. Regular value: $1600. Remember, you can deduct 10% off (total $1440) for an annual commitment !

Sponsorship Guidelines
- All Sponsorships are subject to approval from the ICFNE Board.
- Discounts require pre-payment.
- Policies, provisions and pricing are subject to change and space availability.
- Signs and banners are subject to approval prior to and at the event.

- If you are interested in committing to four or more events, we will give you a 10%!
- Are you an ICFNE member? Deduct an additional 10%!
