The other night over dinner, my husband and I compiled our “Bucket List of Fun and Adventure” for the next 6 months. We do these lists twice a year. We find that there is magic in building them! You get positive emotional hits when you are envisioning, researching, collaborating and then doing enjoying the adventure! This exercise keeps us on our toes as we honor our values of fun and discovery. Plus, as a result, we have some really good adventures. Our energy and vitality at dinner noticeably increased with our enthusiasm… despite the blizzard raging outside.
Fun is a great resiliency tool and it really brings you into the present moment in a powerful way. That is what you will learn more about at my ICFNE presentation, The Anatomy of a Moment. Join us February 15, 2011, as we grab some fun and knowledge in just that moment. What is on your “Bucket List”?
