The High Art of Transpersonal Coaching in Action

Beyond coaching another “role to role” lies trans-personal engagement “soul to soul.” Trans-personal coaching takes the coaching role to a whole new level, transcending the ego and getting into the heart of the client’s journey at their core/soul level.

Join Boston-born Australian resident, Donna Czupryna (Manning), for an interactive taste of this holistic, presence-based, consciousness-raising art through a live demonstration. This is the opportunity to better grasp what is a subtle, yet highly complex practice needed in times of loss and breakdown, transition and breakthrough, for both the personal level or in the corporate arena.

  • Expand your capacity to hold coaching interactions that are deep, daring, and evolutionary; ones that truly respect and empower the mysterious soul, rich with its complexity and capacity for transformation.
  • Strengthen your skills in the ICF Core Competencies of: Creating Trust and Intimacy, Coaching Presence, Creating Awareness, and Powerful Questioning.
  • Witness a live demonstration and application of “The Hero’s Journey” model, inspired by the work of Joseph Campbell and further developed by Donna.
  • Take away a framework and technique for practical, grounded, and results-oriented application for clients in the throes of inner and outer change.

Participants will learn how to tie together their vision, purpose, values, passions, and goals so that they can better reach their target audience with a new approach to coaching.
