An Evening with Ed Evarts: Rethinking Networking – Use Your Strengths to Network Naturally and Effectively

The way we think about networking drives our networking behavior – sometimes productively and sometimes unproductively. Some folks, for example, think about networking as an art. However, by calling it an art form, we create the belief that only certain people can network in a skilled or talented way. For the average individual who comes to believe that networking is an art, networking creates stress and minimizes productive activity.

There is a better way. Your unique set of strengths is a great foundation from which to build your networking activities. How can you rethink networking to create greater, individualized comfort? What are your strengths and how can you apply your strengths to networking? Forget the “thirty-second commercial” and rely on your unique set of strengths to network comfortably and effectively.

In this interactive workshop, achieve rewarding results by rethinking networking and understanding how your strengths can help you network to achieve your goals.
