Her clients benefit from her keen insights and perceptions in interpersonal and organization dynamics as they increase their ability to see things differently, enhance self-awareness, and develop creative ideas.

Andrea became intrigued with coaching in 1997, when she discovered her ability to help people become authentic and honest with themselves in order to achieve their dreams and desires. She helps clients recognize that they can experience an extraordinary life without making major changes; they simply must be open to diverse perspectives and value outside feedback.

She was awarded a contract through a joint venture with (and subsequent sale of the firm to) Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. While there, Andrea was on the executive team that opened a new distribution channel by establishing a dedicated broker sales organization. She developed excellent working relationships with top-level division heads in marketing, product development, service, finance, and underwriting.

Andrea received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Simmons College in Boston and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley.

Bill Sex

Bill Sex, New England CoachingBill Sex is President of New England Coaching, which he founded in 2004.  Through his organization, he provides the iPEC Coaching Certification, Leadership / Executive Coaching and organization development programs, primarily focused on Coaching and Emotional Intelligence.

Bill’s background prior to coaching was in various executive leadership roles with experience across many industries (crystal tableware, tennis balls and temperature sensors) in Europe, the Caribbean and the United States.  In 1998, he moved from Ireland to the US to run the US subsidiary of an Irish company.

Bill’s venture into coaching was primarily driven by an entrepreneurial desire to be his own boss.  While working with a coach in his previous employment, the light went off about where he wanted to be, and the journey began; the rest is history.  While enrolled in the iPEC Certification, he saw an opportunity to offer the program in the New England area and became iPEC’s first licensee.  This became the platform for his business success.

Married with three “almost” adult kids, he is close to being an empty-nester and excited about the next chapter in his life.
