Upgrading Your (and Your Clients’) Navigation System
This program will provide participants with scientific data and a variety of experiences that will illuminate the multiple, varied, and integrated ways human beings experience and interpret their interior and exterior worlds (what we receive/perceive and what we make of it).
This experiential workshop will help participants to: increase their coaching and personal presence; become a better active listener; facilitate generation of more powerful insights and questions that will assist the participant and others to increase their awareness of self and others; and provide a more direct means of clarifying priorities and opportunities for reaching desired outcomes.
- Gain a better understanding of “awareness” by identifying various physical and non-physical ways human beings receive and process information which shape their thinking, behavior and actions.
- Appreciate limitations, perceptions and expansion of these ways of knowing.
- Gain a better understanding of scientific research underlying self-awareness, awareness of others, and the nature of human behavior.
- Experience and practice a range of coaching techniques.
- Appreciate the richness of expanded choices/possibilities from heightened awareness.

Valerie S. Libby is an ICF accredited and Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC), working with executives and individuals to facilitate change in their professional and personal lives. Her focus is on mindful awareness, conscious choice in alignment with values and priorities, and moving from a place of personal power. Valerie assists her clients to mine their previously untapped wisdom, release or shift beliefs and/or behaviors that no longer serve them, and design a workable plan to achieve their goals. Valerie has been coaching clients across the U.S. for more than 15 years. Previously, Valerie was an attorney, special educator, and graduate school professor. The breadth of Valerie’s professional and personal experiences provides her with deep understanding of and compassion for the wide range of personal and professional issues clients are facing.
