“Coaching With The Brain In Mind” ….at last a hard science for coaching

Original class date: July 10, 2006

We’ve learned more about the brain since 1986 than in all previous history. Many discoveries are providing hard evidence for how and why a coaching approach is so effective, and pointing to new ways to define, measure and deliver coaching.

In this breakthrough 1.5 hr teleconference event, you will learn:

Why change is so hard, from a physical perspective

What every coach should know about the brain

The new science of attention, reflection, insight and action

As a result you will be able to better explain why coaching works, better understand how it works, and be more confident in presenting the central ideas of coaching to potential and actual clients. You will also learn some techniques for improving your coaching skills based on further understanding how coaching impacts the brain.
