Because most coaches have not been in business for themselves, they begin their coaching business without really knowing or understanding exactly what running a business is all about. We will focus on what coaches need to know and do to have the busines they want and will include discussion about business vision and marketing.

Laura and Philip, both Master Certified coaches, have been coaching since 1994. Both came to coaching having been CPAs and deciding coaching was a much better professional fit for them. They have mentored hundreds of new coaches in growing their coaching businesses and are passionate that all coaches have thriving businesses. Philip and Laura, known as ‘The First Couple of Coaching’ work together in their business, SPARCK International, and live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
