The Teleclass Leader
Laurie R. Geary, M.Ed., president of In Gear Coaching & Training, has been a corporate trainer and life coach for over 25 years. She has a (B.S.) Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Virginia, and a (M.Ed.) Masters in Psychological Education from Boston University.
She is a graduate of Coach University and a (PCC) Professional Certified Coach from the (ICF) International Coach Federation. She is also a certified teleclass leader. As a certified administrator of the (MBTI) Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, she provides individual interpretation and coaching as well as group trainings. She has recently become certified to administer the RSP (Retirement Success Profile), an assessment tool that helps pre-retirees better prepare for their new retirement lifestyle.
Currently she leads workshops and teleclasses on Conflict Resolution, Building Self Esteem, Attracting What You Want In Life, Team Building, Becoming A Professional Coach, and Risk Taking for Personal Growth, and workshops on Retirement Planning.
She is an instructor for Outward Bound Professionals (OBP) where she facilitates team-building and personal & professional growth for corporate groups

As a Personal & Professional Coach she works with individuals to re-design and create the life they want – to achieve fulfillment and reach their potential NOW. She speaks fluent Spanish and provides coaching for Spanish speaking client.
