Paul Sherman is the Chief Executive Officer of Team Coaching International (TCI), a coaching company with trained facilitators in more than 20 countries worldwide.

A personal and professional coach and seasoned executive with a passion for helping individuals, teams and organizations realize their potential, he came to coaching after more than a decade as an organizational effectiveness and training consultant having worked with over 50 major corporations and government agencies worldwide. His clients have included: Microsoft Corporation, Procter and Gamble, American Airlines, Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, and multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Described by Forbes Magazine as a “miraclemaker—or, more precisely a miracle medium,” Paul’s talent lies in his ability to facilitate individuals, teams and organizations to question business as usual and take action to move forward.

As a founding member of Cambridge Technology Partners, a consulting company that grew to nearly a billion dollars in revenue in only seven years, Paul held key leadership positions in marketing, service delivery and training and development. Prior to his co-founding of Team Coaching International, he served as Vice President of the Corporate Business Division for The Coaches Training Institute and as a senior consultant for Tom Peters Company.

A summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard University, Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Masters in Human Resources Education from Boston University.
