Coaching Tips for Effectively Coaching your ADD Clients

Do you find you have some clients who are just not responding to your usual coaching techniques and tools? ADD is significantly under-diagnosed, especially in the adult population.
In this teleclass, Vickie will share many tips to successfully coach clients facing the challenges associated with this condition. She will give an overview of the unique needs and challenges they face. Scenarios of a college student and business executive will be used to illustrate techniques that have assisted her clients to successfully manage their lives and learn to enhance their special gifts and skills.
The Teleclass Leader
Victoria Ball has been an active member of ICF and ICFNE right from its beginning. She is a Master Certified Coach and has been an ADD Career Coach in private practice for over 10 years. She is affiliated with The Hallowell Center and the Center for Neuropsychology and Learning Disorders. She enjoys facilitating the RI ADD Adult Support Group, one of the longest running groups in the nation. As a career counselor with over thirty years at Brown University, Dartmouth College, and Franklin& Marshall College, Vickie is a national speaker/trainer on ADD issues for university career counselors, administrators, college students and employers.
She is also an active member of the Workplace Issues Committee for ADDA, a national association for ADHD adults and is actively promoting National ADHD Awareness Day on Sept. 20 this year. Vickie has created a CD/DVD called “ADD 101 for College Students,” a presentation of cutting-edge facts, useful resources, and practical tips for adult learners to successfully manage their academic career and life.
