This tele-class will give you concrete tools to dive into Transformational Listening as a coach in order to unleash the Wild Heart and Soul of your clients. Working with a model of Personal Leadership, we will explore what coaching is made for —-opening the power of purpose and bringing clients in alignment with the deepest work of their soul. We will explore how to help your clients connect to the heart of what matters.
Expect to play, go deep, and be sparked from the depths of your own soul. You will get personal inspiration as well as solid tools to use with your clients.

Virginia Kellogg is a founding partner of Leadership that Works Inc., a coaching and training organization. Passionate and dynamic, Virginia is known for the inspirational way she engages participants with their deepest abilities.
Virginia is designer and leader of several powerful programs for coaches and non-coaches. She currently leads a professional coaching certification program through the New York Open Center in New York City and has developed cutting-edge personal development training programs. She guides individuals on Personal Visioning Retreats at her home/retreat space in Northern Pennsylvania, and guides groups through a powerful 9 month process to uncover their wild heart and soul, engaging their passion in service to the world. Creating deep learning community is one of Virginia’s gifts and these programs use community to help individuals bring clarity and power to their vision. She brings her 20 years as a personal growth trainer as well as her extensive studies in nature-based soul initiation work to these programs.
Virginia is passionate about bringing coaching to diverse populations, international communities and social activists. She has led coaching courses in a Federal Correctional Institution in the USA, training inmates to work more effectively with Youth at Risk from their communities. Working with the Coaching and Philanthropy Project, she has been instrumental in building the bridge between coaching, non-profits and philanthropy. She works with coaches to create sustainable businesses that include contribution and service.
