The world of work has changed FOREVER. In this difficult economy, layoffs are rampant, and client acquisition for us as coaches has become more difficult. Clients are asking tougher questions as part of their screening process. They are price sensitive and want to know how we distinguish ourselves from our peers.

Have you thought about these questions?

  • What is unique, compelling and differentiated about YOU and the coaching you offer?
  • What is the VALUE you can offer your customers?
  • Are you in control of your career and business?
  • Are you getting paid what you are worth?

No matter what your area of coaching or business expertise is, the key to success and to achieving your goals is to own and express your differentiation to your target audience. A strong personal brand is the vehicle for doing this.

This two-hour interactive workshop will cover three main topics:

  • What is Branding-to get everyone on the same page about what branding is and what it is not, and to distill some myths about branding.
  • An introduction to Personal Branding-what Personal Branding is, why it came about and why everyone needs to think about themselves as a Personal Brand.

The three-step Reach Personal Branding program:

  • Extract your brand, through numerous exercises which help you gain clarity on what is important to you and how others perceive you
  • Express your brand on and offline, with a focus on maximizing your exposure to your target audience.
  • Exude or align your brand with everything you do.

Participants will engage in several interactive exercises to help build the foundation of their personal brand.

All participants in this workshop will receive a FREE full access to the Reach 360 Personal Branding Assessment, which will be discussed during the workshop. This tool, which is the first web-based personal branding assessment has a $50 retail value and produces a 25-plus page custom report, which distills your raw data into your top brand personas, leadership competencies.
