The eClinicalWorks Training and Coaching Program provides team leads and team members with proactive coaching to help develop time management, customer service, communications, team member performance management and communication skills. Additionally, if a team member experienced a challenge in their position, coaching is instituted to help the team member upgrade any skill deficits and work on the specific behaviors that contributed to their reduced performance.
