The eClinicalWorks Training and Coaching Program provides team leads and team members with proactive coaching to help develop time management, customer service, communications, team member performance management and communication skills. Additionally, if a team member experienced a challenge in their position, coaching is instituted to help the team member upgrade any skill deficits and work on the specific behaviors that contributed to their reduced performance.
Coaching at EMC is viewed as an investment and a benefit, and is demonstrating measureable results. The Coaching function is considered a strategic differentiator for the company. They use a “high touch” intake process to effectively address requests for coaching to ensure individual and organizational needs were addressed.
IBM Business Analytics, Sales Performance Office
Coaching is a key component of worldwide programs in IBM Business Analytics and continues to show ROI in the Business Analytics sales organization. Leveraging coaching has a measurable impact as demonstrated by the Sales Performance Office (SPO) specifically through increased productivity, performance improvements, and increased revenue. Some of the ROI metrics captured include: New hires that have been coached had 35-40% larger sales pipelines; Coached employees significantly greater win rates vs. non-coached.
The Jett Foundation uses coaching to leverage team efforts in order to be efficient and increase their chances of reaching their goal. They provide coaching at conferences and retreats and for the office staff.
