Creating Affirmations for Your New “Normal”

Together we will create Affirmations that will help you to focus on your new “normal”. We will talk about impermanence and possibility all at the same time! Bring your notebook and your art supplies if you like to doodle.

This will be open to 5 participants for a one hour group coaching experience.

*   What would you like the future to be like?
*   What parts of your life would you like to focus on?
*   Where do you want to be?
*   Who do you want to be with?
*   How do you want to be living?
