2020 was a year of massive disruption. Some coaches saw an increase in business; others saw a drop. Those who saw clients in person had to rapidly shift to video delivery. Coaches had to pivot and re-invent new ways of meeting potential clients. And that’s just the actual business of coaching. Kids were home, holidays modified, remote work became the norm. In short, everything changed and as we finish 2020 many are hopeful about 2021. And yet there’s a lot of uncertainty. There’s no doubt that 2021 will be different--however it won’t be what we used to think of as “normal.” That “normal” may never return.

Despite all the disruption, some coaches thrived during 2020. This interactive session distills the lessons learned as well as those that still need to be learned in order for coaches to thrive. We will cover the macro events shaping our coaching work and then zoom in to the practical things you can do to grow and build your business during another year of uncertainty. How can you stand out and make the impact that you know you can?

In this session, you will learn:

  • How to make disruption your ally
  • How to stand out while coaching remotely
  • Ideas for growing your business and impact
  • Ways to increase your resilience when the goal posts keep shifting/li>
