Dr. Terry Hildebrandt, MCC is an executive coach, organization development consultant, researcher, coach educator, coach supervisor, entrepreneur, and author. He is the founder and CEO of Terry Hildebrandt and Associates, LLC, an organization development and executive coaching consultancy and Activating Leadership LCC, a leadership development company. Terry has over 24 years of coaching experience and 34 years of business experience.
He currently serves as a leadership coach at UCLA Anderson School of Management and at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. Terry is also the former Director of the Evidence Based Coaching Program at Fielding Graduate University. He also worked at Hewlett-Packard Company for over 22 years where he served in several management, internal coaching, and leadership positions.
Terry is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) with the MEECO Leadership Institute, and a certified Evidence Based Coach from the Fielding Graduate University. He is a professionally trained Certified Coaching Supervisor from The Goldvarg Consulting Group, Inc. Terry is also lead editor of the book, Innovations in Leadership Coaching: Research and Practice (2020).
He earned his PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University. He also holds an MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness and an MA in Human Development from Fielding along with a BS in Materials Science from Rice University.
