I partner with executives and with everyday people who are choosing to uncover and work towards putting the best of themselves in service to whatever is most important to them. Whether we connect in a business engagement or a personal alliance, I will use everything in my professional coaching, leadership development, and life experience foundations to be a partner of significance in your leadership journey. So far, I've had a great life, a messy life with its share of failures, and a current life full of practice and progress in my own leadership journey. Leadership is a bit like fitness: it's all about persistent intention and practice;).
About Me: I am 55 years old. I am a Professional Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) - working towards my M(Master)CC. My primary leadership and coaching foundations are Co-Active Coaching, Co-Active Leadership, and the body of work by Brene Brown. I am also (still!) in graduate school, getting my MS in Organizational Leadership. I worked in Organizational Learning and Development for 20 years before committing my focus to leadership coaching and development, and I have worked with doctors and nurses, engineers and finance executives, US Forest Service leaders, nuclear submarine teams, and many of us humans just trying to live our fullest lives.
I am always open to a first conversation - no pressure - as I believe the most important coaching decision is to find a partnership that's the right fit for You.
