The CORE of our Core Competencies

About this event

We have 8 Core Competencies that establish and define our coaching, but it can be tricky to powerfully evaluate and supervise as we prepare for our credentialing or to grow our coaching.

I want to present a simple model and design that gives us actually only 3 things to focus on, maintain and hold in our coaching, and those three CORE COMPONENTS go underneath and support the Core Competencies and your coach training to instantly and easily expand, deepen, solidify and engage our coaching in powerful ways.

This powerful advanced coach training will inspire, engage and empower your coaching in 24 amazing ways.

And that’s when the real powerful, solid, confident, amazing and MasterFull Coaching can begin.

Learning Objectives:

In this practical session, . You will:
  1. Make the ICF exam easy

  2. Discover a deeper level of the Core Competencies and Markers

  3. Be able to access their coaching power, range and presence

  4. Strengthen and grow EVERY core competency

  5. Be able to listen deeper and fuller, create a richer awareness, establish trust more easily, and get their clients moving into action more easily

  6. Watch your coaching expand, enhance, deepen and grow faster 

  7. Know how to coach the Uncoachable

  8. Have a solid and clear design that defines coaching so you can easily identify how to get into powerful coaching 
Ben Dooley, MCC, is a Chicago-based coach and facilitator with over 20 years of coaching experience. He specializes in helping other coaches grow through group telecalls, mentoring and other free and fee-based programs focused on the ICF Core Competencies, coaching skills, and masterful coaching. He supports coaches at all levels, from ACC to MCC to stretch into their full confidence and power.
 

The session will be recorded and available to registrants after the session, but you must participate in the session live in order to receive any related Core Competency CCEs (if applicable).

CCE Units:

  • 1.5 Core Competencies

PLEASE NOTE: Registration cancellations must be received in writing at least four (4) business days prior to an event to be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend an event and have not cancelled in advance, your payment will not be refunded. To make a change to your registration, please email events@icfne.org
