I am an executive & leadership coach who partners with product, technology and business leaders navigating complexity, change & scale to create measurable impact for their organizations and themselves.
I have over 10 years of coaching experience partnering with leaders and teams across a breadth of industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, media & telecom, IOT products and management consulting. I bring a unique blend of tech and product knowledge, systems thinking and strategic insight. I help leaders sharpen decision-making, build trust, create cross-functional alignment, and improve team performance.
My approach integrates personal mastery with systemic awareness, helping leaders see the patterns, challenge limiting assumptions & lead with precision, confidence, authenticity and clarity. I am an ICF-ACC credentialed coach; and I have completed the ICF Level 2 education program and on the path to getting the PCC credential.
