Biography
Sreekar Gollapalle, PCC is an executive and leadership coach who works with technology, product, and transformation leaders navigating complexity, growth, and organizational change.
With more than 15 years of experience across technology, product leadership, enterprise transformation, management consulting, and executive coaching, Sreekar brings firsthand experience of the environments in which senior leaders operate. He has led cross-functional teams, coached executives, and guided large-scale transformations for Fortune 500 organizations, including more than six years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Today, he partners with executives and senior leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, effectiveness, and influence.

Sreekar is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. He holds a Master of Science from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University.
