Biography
Carlyene is a leadership coach who brings both depth and practicality to her practice, drawing on more than 20 years of experience advancing leadership and talent development across the healthcare, nonprofit, and public sectors.
She increases clients’ self-awareness, confidence, and clarity to lead with greater intention and impact. Carlyene partners with leaders to navigate change, build stronger teams, and achieve results aligned with their values and vision. Her holistic approach draws on strengths-based development, core values, systems thinking, and a deep belief in people’s capacity to grow and thrive.
Carlyene serves on the Board of Trustees for the American Management Association and holds a B.S. in Journalism from Emerson College and an M.B.A. from Boston University. She is an active volunteer in her community, enjoys new adventures and experiences, gardening, and thrill rides. She and her husband are proud parents of two adult children and a “canine kid.”
