Biography
Picture yourself as a combination of cups. You might have a work cup, a family cup, and a relationship cup. When your cup is filled up, maybe overflowing, you are motivated, engaged, and ready to take on the world. The great news is you now have plenty of fuel to give some away to the cups carried by your team, employees, co-workers, friends, partners, and children. However, day after day, filling up everybody else's cups without filling yours back up will soon leave your cup depleted. Day after day, month after month, and year after year, having an empty cup can affect every part of your life. By filling up your cup and learning to keep it full, you will always have plenty for yourself and everybody else. You can face the world with confidence, motivation, empathy, and agility.
I am a certified Life and Leadership Coach, and I help people fill up their cups at work and home so they can take risks, listen deeply, fully engage with others, and feel confident in pursuing change. I've been honored to help my clients gain confidence after a promotion, find a new job, understand a new ADHD diagnosis, be more productive and organized, create a successful work-home balance, eat healthier, and make difficult decisions. By leveraging a proprietary blend of action, awareness, and accountability, I'll help you move beyond fear, invite change, learn to trust your instincts and turn off negative internal chatter.
If you seek change and want a dedicated partner to challenge and guide you, I invite you to connect with me. Let's fill up your cup together!
"I have no idea how I lived this long without coaching. I'm so much more organized, I'm sleeping better, and I haven't yelled at my kids in I don't how long. Within the first five minutes of the chemistry call I felt like I was talking to a friend, but not any friend. The kind of friend who actually listens and who doesn't try to fix everything. I used to say everybody needs a therapist, but now I tell everybody to get a coach. Until there is a book written with a how-to guide on being an adult, you need a coach. My advice? Stop thinking about and just try it." -- Nancy, small business owner
