Biography
After a very successful career in healthcare and given her passion about women's leadership, Kim launched Red Door Advisors. Red Door symbolizes the bold, vibrant, full of energy symbol of the color red with a door open to possibilities--a wonderful illustration and reflection of her energy and passion for helping established, corporate women leaders achieve their potential.
Kim helps talented women bring their authentic selves to their work so they can confidently navigate today's leadership challenges, inspire leadership and find fulfillment across their career continuum--from now to purposeful retirement and beyond.
During her career, Kim served as a trusted advisor, sought out mentor, and was known as a women's advancement advocate--all providing a wonderful and rich foundation for her coaching practice. A catalyst for customer centric business transformation at Fortune 200 companies, such as Cigna and OptumRx, she oversaw complex enterprise initiatives with high financial risk, drove better customer outcomes and loyalty, accelerated growth, and significantly enhanced organizational efficiencies. Her healthcare executive and leadership experience spans health plans, health care technology firms, pharmacy benefit management companies and provider organizations.
Kim also established highly regarded women's leadership programs that gave women associates insights and connections with influential women in the organization and demonstrated senior leadership's commitment to advancing women. To quote one program attendee, " It was so empowering. The transparency and encouragement these ladies gave was wonderful."

She is a MMS Certified Coach and holds both a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Boston University.
Kim is an avid yogi, biker, hiker and paddler. She loves jazz music and cooking and is a life long learner. The beach is her go to place. And, the Patriot's are her favorite team. Kim enjoys time with her two, wonderful and amazing daughters.
