Biography

Kimberley is a consultant, coach, and communications and marketing leader who loves helping organizations with big ambition succeed in growing their impact, brand, and culture.

She is especially passionate about:

         •  Shaping workplace cultures that everyone dreams about

         •  Building communities where members thrive

         •  Cultivating climates of psychological safety

Kimberley pursued coach training through Brown University's ACT program and earned her ICF ACC certification in 2023. She is also certified in Design Thinking and Innovation and accredited as a Chief Happiness Officer. She earned an MBA in Accounting from Boston University and attended Eckerd College for her undergraduate studies.

Investment Background

Kimberley's expertise is in financial services, where she began as a CPA and later built a 20-year track record supporting the financial well-being of the good people served by her clients -- from public workers, educators, and first responders to pensioners, business owners, and private clients. Today she combines her background in investments, marketing, communication, and adult learning theory to optimize brand and drive business growth.

Inclusivity and Financial Literacy

Throughout her career Kimberley has pioneered progress towards a more equitable and just future and advanced the experiences and careers of under-represented populations. She feels privileged to have helped launch and lead two different organizations committed to cultivating equity and inclusivity in the finance industry. Today she is on the Advisory Board of CEO Action for Racial Equity and Co-Chair of FSWE | Financial Services Women's Executive Alliance. She was honored to be named a 2023 Diversity Champion Finalist for her work launching a financial literacy and student education institute for one of her clients.
