Anita is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She specializes as a leadership and executive coach by helping professionals unlock their potential. She combines reflective thought provoking coaching with deep self-awareness strategies (via the Birkman Method and the Integrative Enneagram) to support clients as they navigate challenges and pursue meaningful growth. A former engineering executive in R&D and Quality at a Fortune 50 company, she brings deep experience in innovation and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and three sons and strives to live a balanced, values-driven life. It is her honor to support you in achieving your life’s mission.
