Biography
I have 17 years of experience as a coach, having served more than 1,000 executive- and management-level clients worldwide. Before pursuing a career as a coach, I gained experience through various administrative positions at international microelectronics companies, such as HP and STMicroelectronics. I changed career paths to follow my passion and work in a field where I could make a real difference.
At age 57, I was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome and ADHD.
I worked at a rehabilitation center in France, where I helped numerous neurodivergent employees, their managers, teams, and HR departments ensure a good quality of life at work by taking neurodiversity into account.
I am also certified by AANE in Boston to provide personal support to couples in which one or both partners are neurodivergent.
As a mother and grandmother of neurodivergent children and grandchildren, as well as having many neurodivergent siblings, nephews, and nieces, I have extensive experience with family support and adaptation.
I am usually based in France but will be living in Boston, Massachusetts, for some time and would be happy to offer my services to American companies and families.
I facilitate workshops, teamwork, group work, and collective intelligence, as well as anything else you or your company may need to feel comfortable with and perform well in a neurodiverse environment.
I am also a public speaker, always focusing on neurodiversity.
Last but not least, I have written a book on the subject:
L'Asperger au travail: Mieux comprendre une différence invisible pour être plus efficaces ensemble" (Asperger's at Work: Understanding an Invisible Difference to Be More Effective Together).
It is currently only available in French, but I hope to have it translated into English soon so that the case studies and tools can be made available to as many people as possible.
