Conference Chair (or Vice-Chair)
Are you looking for a challenge, the kind that leaves you a more evolved professional? More competent. More capable. More confident. And are you craving the kind of connection that only comes from working side-by-side with fellow coaches toward something meaningful, the kind that turns into deep, lasting friendships? Consider leading the 2027 conference team!
The Chair Role
This is a role for a people-first project manager, someone who can hold both a plan and a room. You'll shepherd the vision, keep the moving pieces on track, and bring out the best in a talented team, including several returning team members from last year's conference.

You Won't Be Doing This Alone
Our 2026 Conference Chair (Karen Pambianchi) and past-president (Richard Brown) will both be on hand to offer guidance throughout the year. The person/s stepping into the role will be well supported!
There’s already a date and venue on hold for 2027; you and the team can hit the ground running.

If you’d love to get involved but prefer a focused area (e.g., Speakers, Agenda, Marketing, Venue, Volunteer Coordination, Sponsorship, or Registration/Materials) we want to hear from you, too. Joining the committee is a purposeful way to connect, contribute, and build lasting relationships with fellow coaches!
Why Now
2027 will be our chapter's fourth conference. While much of the foundation (systems, timelines, institutional know-how) is in place, there's also real room for creativity, new ideas, and the chance to continue raising the bar for what this conference becomes!
