Maine Meet Up: Mindfulness and Coaching

Explore where mindfulness meditation practices and coaching intersect. Barti Bourgault, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and ICF PCC Life Coach, will facilitate a discussion about how mindfulness practices can support both the coach and the client.  She will start with a short meditation practice that is suitable for both you and your clients. 

This event is a Maine Coaches Connection Meet Up and a wonderful opportunity to connect with local coaches.
