Question: What is the number one way that coaches are getting into ethical trouble with their clients?
Answer: Not having a proper coaching agreement.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss four-steps that can help a coach prepare, design, and feel confident having a strong coaching agreement.  We’ll discuss strategies on designing an agreement that serves both you and your client and helps eliminate surprises.  Additionally, we’ll examine how the coaching agreement is not just a legal document but an enduring statement of your professional services.

Registrants will be provided with an editable coaching agreement template, as well as a number of additional examples that you may borrow from.  Also, there will be Q&A that can extend beyond the topic to other ethical questions. So bring any and all of your questions to ask in this safe environment. A few days prior to the event you will be provided with a copy of the ICF Code of Ethics, that you may want to review to inspire other questions.
