A mini-workshop on Living Your Personal Values.

Do you ever find yourself standing right in the middle of your life wondering how you got here? Perhaps wistfully recalling all that used to excite and enliven you about life but which now is only a faint memory in the face of all the demands on your time? All of the “should”s, ”need to”s, “have to”s dictating how you spend your days?

If any of this resonates with you, know that you are not alone! It is so easy (and oh, so human) to get swept up in the day to day demands of this life. And, we can make small, but meaningful, intentional adjustments that allow us to reconnect with what really matters to us, what we value and hold dear in this life, to bring our lives back into sharper focus on those things that enliven us.

In this mini-workshop, you will:

  • Be guided through an exercise to get back in touch with what most matters to you - to define for yourself what you want your life to be about.
  • Create a plan for tiny, doable action steps to infuse more of what matters to you in your daily life in a way that does not mean more things on your "to do" list.

Can you imagine what your life might look like with regular infusion of what truly matters to you? Go ahead. Imagine it.
