There are two prerequisites key to a thriving coaching business. The first, is to do what we need to do to be a thriving coach. The second is to fully embrace the mindset shift of moving from “Solo” to “CEO”. Whether the primary focus of your business is revenue, impact or both, having a diverse portfolio of Service Offerings and Revenues Streams is a requirement, not an option, both for us as coaches and for our businesses to thrive.

Having learned all this the hard way – not just once but three different times and ways – Ann shares her lessons learned and proven business building strategies to encourage and support other coaches to build and grow their thriving businesses without the pain and struggle of having to learn it all on their own! Designing your most effective Product and Service Offerings with multiple revenues streams is one of the keys to success!

In this session, you will learn:

  • The #1 key to growing your business and impact no matter the market
  • Why and how to use multiple revenue streams best for your business
  • Determine your personal best Product & Service / Revenue Portfolio (tool)
  • The key audit to ensure your portfolio builds versus “blurs” your brand

All registrants will receive a recording of the event afterwards. You do not have to listen live to receive the CCE Credit. You must register before event commencement to receive the recordings.

CCE Units:  1.5 Resource Development; 1.5 Total CCEUs

Please note:  ICFNE will provide one copy of your CCE certificate when you have met the qualifications for attendance.  We are not able to provide additional copies. We recommend you download and print the email containing your CCE certificate immediately upon receipt.
