Having learned all this the hard way – not just once but three different times and ways – Ann shares her lessons learned and proven business building strategies to encourage and support other coaches to build and grow their thriving businesses without the pain and struggle of having to learn it all on their own! All registrants will receive a recording of the event afterwards. You do not have to listen live to receive the CCE Credit. You must register before event commencement to receive the recordings.

Ann Farrell is an executive coach with 45 years of experience on all sides of the corporate coaching table, Ann supports coaches to build their businesses with organizations with multiple revenue streams.

During her 30-year corporate career, Ann led multiple functions to breakthrough levels of performance including Product Development (commercial vehicles), Purchasing and Logistics, Human Resources and Leadership Development. She has led groups as large as 5,000 and been responsible for budgets as big as $8 billion and led a $billion product development program from conception through market launch.

 

Ann retired in 2006 to launch Quantum Endeavors, Inc., an executive and leadership development firm with over 200 licensed coaches globally. She has personally supported over 1,000 executives and leaders for more than 10,000 coaching hours. She trains and licenses coaches to use her trademarked coaching engagement approach, process and tools which have earned her a 100% Client-company re-engagement rate and a 100% Client Growth Assessment for over 14 years.

 

In 2019, Ann launched the InPowered Coaching Institute | Corporate Coaching Academy as part of her mission to continue to elevate the quality of the executive coaching profession and in particular, the quality of coaching for organizations. Ann and her husband Ken split their time between Bluffton, South Carolina and Whitehall, Michigan.
