Expanding the coaching conversation to groups and teams is a significant focus for many coaches today. This session will explore the current best practices around creating engaging and impactful coaching conversations in today’s virtual, remote and hybrid workspace.

Of interest to new and seasoned group and team coaches, this session will explore the ongoing evolution of these areas.

During this 90 min session, we will be exploring core best practices for coaching many (groups and teams) online, as it relates to design, implementation, and marketing.

In this session, we will explore:

  • Essential elements to differentiate a group or team coaching experience, particularly if it’s virtual or online.
  • Implementation tips for creating a WOW experience every time.
  • Two essential ingredients for getting the word out about what you have to offer.
  • Several of your core questions around virtual and online program deliveries.

The session will be recorded and available to registrants after the session, but you must participate in the session live in order to receive any related Core Competency CCEs (if applicable).

CCE Units: 1.5 (1.0 Core Competency; Resource Development .5)

Please note:  After the session is completed, ICFNE will send you a program evaluation via email. You must complete the evaluation in order to receive your CCE certificate.  Live attendance is required for core competency credits. We recommend you download and print the email containing your CCE certificate immediately upon receipt as we are not able to provide additional copies.
