Eric Kohner is a masterful executive coach, trainer, and founder of ekcoSYSTEM. He is currently a senior trainer for Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), an organization widely recognized as the gold-standard in coach training and leadership development.

Eric is known for living his BADASS Leadership concepts, where he coaches from the heart with compassion, intuition, and fearlessness.

Eric is a natural disruptor, trailblazer, and social justice advocate. This passion stems from lived experience from his grandfather, who escaped Nazi Germany, and seeing his father role-model equity, no matter the cost.
