Laurie Dermody

Laurie brings over 20 years of experience in helping leaders and teams develop business-savvy, human-centric leadership skills to strengthen organizational culture and meet business goals. Her expertise is in executive and leadership coaching, training and curriculum design, team effectiveness, leadership development, organization development, and business transformation.
Laurie holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development & Leadership (MSODL) and an Executive Coaching Certificate from Saint Joseph’s University; and a Master Certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University. Laurie is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Predictive Index, Burke Learning Agility 360 Feedback tool, and Leadership Agility 360.
