Biography
Denise Ebacher King M.A. MCC is an Executive Coach working with executive, senior management, and professional staff in a variety of industries. Denise has progressive management expertise including Organizational Development, Career Management, and Learning and Development. She brings broad versatility to her work having previously served in leadership roles as operations manager, director, and internal OD consultant in technology, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and professional service organizations.
She has also been an adjunct college instructor with two institutions' Management Development "Corporate Education and Training" divisions, working directly on-site in technology and manufacturing industry companies with managers and supervisors for hands-on business applications and development, and has been a guest presenter in business seminars at Bentley College.
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, with a focus on organizational behavior workforce issues and career development, and a B.A. in Liberal Studies in Education & Literature from Assumption College. She has also earned the top ranking designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation 1999 - present.
