My coaching clients have shared that working together is an eye-opening experience that assists them to gain new perspectives, address self-doubt, build awareness, and tackle personal and business goals. The coaching process allows patterns to emerge, assisting clients to see their path more clearly.
Companies also engage me to coach their managers and high potential employees to develop leadership skills, enhance executive presence, and support their growth plans. Taking a coaching approach while leveraging my extensive leadership experience allows me to serve as a resource, help obtain & process feedback, ask the tough questions, and help shift perspective.
Business clients engage me to provide consulting and strategic financial advisory services that are highly customized to meet their unique needs. Consulting services include interim financial leadership, organizational improvement/turnaround, financial staffing and process assessment/design, system implementation, management and board reporting, and other services based on client need.
