Biography
Twenty years ago, I left the practice of medicine because, just three years in, I experienced burnout and knew I needed a change. With coaching help, I navigated my way to become a freelance health care writer, blogger, and author. I've become a coach because I want to use the lessons I’ve learned to assist others in creating a life they love. Whether it’s a desire to make changes in their personal life, improve their health and well-being, or shift how they show up in professional settings, I’m ready to assist, using my personal experience with facing life transitions, changing careers and my professional identity, and working with a coach. I look forward to the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients to shape something wonderful.
