Biography
Jill Berry Bowen, RN, MSN, MBA, FACHE, a 35-year career healthcare/hospital executive, most recently as the CEO of Northwestern Medical Center, in VT. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges and rewards of leading and coaching executive/physician teams for the past 27 years. Throughout my career I have focused on mentoring individuals to explore their potential, coaching emerging leaders, succession planning with existing leaders, leadership development, board relations, physician-c-suite partnerships, as well as developing programs focused on wellbeing and prevention. Committed to continual learning, I recently completed the Teleos Leadership Coaching Institute to continue to advance my coaching skills and achieved my coaching certification with the International Federation of Coaching (ICF). As the Chief Experience Officer with the firm Let’s Lead, a physician – executive dyad partnering to coach students, emerging/current leaders, and practitioners to realize their best self, grounded in wellbeing, my passion is to support you and your team in an amazing life and career journey.
