Biography

Do you “like” your career but feel like something is missing? Or perhaps you know it's time for a change - or life has FORCED a change! - and you feel lost about where to go next.

Career coaching with Rebecca helps you strategically identify the missing pieces using the design thinking and the Pivot Method. With over 10 years of coaching experience, ICF certification, a master's degree in psychology, and the knowledge that comes with teaching psychology in higher ed for two decades, Rebecca brings unique knowledge and insights into her coaching practice.

Rebecca is a Pivot Method certified Career Coach, the Senior Contributor at Forbes on meaningful work, and the owner of Fraser-Thill Coaching & Consulting, based near Portland, Maine and operated virtually around the world. Rebecca taught psychology at Bates College from 2003 to 2021, and led the design and early implementation of the nationally-recognized Purposeful Work program there. She holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University. Her coaching and writing have been featured by Business Insider, Dow Jones’ MarketWatch, Chicago Tribune, the BBC, the New York Post, Quartz, Oprah, Optimal Living Daily, The Zoe Report, VeryWell Family, The Tot and The Huffington Post, among other outlets.
